In Sochi, Racing Point driver Sergio Perez said that after the announcement that he will leave the team after this season, Racing Point began to hide information from him.
“We don’t hide from Sergio any information that is relevant to this season. It makes no sense to change our relationship with him”, said team’s technical director Andrew Green.
A. Green said that Sergio is treated as before: “It’s strange. After that we talked to Sergio and asked him what we were hiding from him? He said that he does a mistake, because honestly no one doesn’t hide anything from him. We treat him as before, just we don’t discuss bout next year’s season.”
